About
Veronika Toivokoski is a jewellery designer from Helsinki, Finland. All jewellery in VT online store are handmade from high-quality non-toxic polymer clay and best quality hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel, brass (also including gold or silver plated stainless steel) jewellery findings.
Polymer clay is a remarkable material with a variety of possibilities in jewellery making. As a result all products are sturdy, long lasting and VERY lightweight!
VT workshop uses only high-quality goods for producing jewellery such as mineral powdered pigments, metal gloss paint, varnish and etc. All items are cleaned and disinfected before sending (you can also read about VT’s Eco-friendly packaging below).

DELIVERY
FINLAND:
Domestic parcels can be dropped off in either a parcel locker or a Posti outlet. Delivery time for these products is between 2 to 3 days. A shipping price starting from 6.90€.
WORLD:
Nordic countries 2-5 working days, rest of Europe 3-8 working days and rest of the world 6-14 working days. A shipping price starting from 15.90€.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days since receiving your order.
Domestic orders can be returned and refunded in full within 14 days of receiving the goods.
International returns are not accepted, unless the customer pays for the shipping, back and forth.
If the product you have received is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact the customer services at veronikatoivokoskiart@gmail.com. VT online store primarily aim is to replace defective products with new ones. However, if this is not possible, we will refund the Customer’s payment. The refund will be made after the item has been returned and the defect has been verified.
You are entitled to return products if:
• you have cancelled the order in accordance with these order and delivery terms and conditions by contacting the customer services at veronikatoivokoskiart@gmail.com within 14 days since receiving the order
• the item’s condition is the same as upon delivery and each part delivered to you is included in the packaging
• the item is packed in its original packaging
Warranty
All of VT’s products have a one-year warranty for manufacturing errors.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the product resulting from use or situations where the defect or breaking of the product has been caused by an accident, a failure to use or service the product according to instructions or use purpose, or an equivalent factor.

Eco-friendly boxes are made from sturdy FSC®-certified corrugated cardboard.
